Post & Shipping

Dogs & Co – Post & Shipping information to help ordering with ease and confidence. The majority of parcels are posted on a recorded delivery service – they will need to be signed for. If you are not going to be in, consider having the parcel delivered to a work address or friend’s house. If you would prefer not to have your items delivered on a recorded service, please contact us directly after ordering and we will do our best.

When we are away at shows, there maybe a delay in shipping an item until we return, please check our events page. Always allow a few days either side of the dates shown.

Expedited Shipping

Use EXPEDITED SHIPPING to get your order even quicker!

Orders received before 1.00 pm, we will endeavour to get delivery for the next working day (UK Mainland). Please allow longer at busy times of the year (Christmas). We will get your order on it’s way next posting – after that it is out of our hands and in the control of Royal Mail.

Expedited Post & Shipping may not be available on all handmade items, including Signature Leather. We will inform you if we are unable to fulfil the shipment in the required time, and arrange an alternative. We cannot offer Expedited Shipping when away at shows – please check our events page. 

Shipping Times

All items are sent via Royal Mail and are subject to their terms & conditions of delivery. Failure of delivery maybe due to a fault by the delivery company – all incidents are investigated and acted upon  as soon on notice of delivery failure. Please contact us if you have not received your order.

Post & Shipping guide for standard items, handmade pieces may take longer (full times in Terms & Conditions). These are conservative estimates, you may receive your goods faster.

Standard Shipping – (UK only) – £3.50 – shipped within 1 – 2 working days for a delivery within 3-5 working days (from the original order date). Shipped 2nd Class, Signed For with Royal Mail.

Priority Shipping – (UK only) – £5.50 – Your order is given priority over other orders received and those being processed (excluding ‘Expedited’) and shipped ASAP – get ahead of the queue especially at busy tmes of the shopping year! Once processed, your goods will be shipped 2nd Class, Signed For with Royal Mail.

Expedited Shipping– (UK only) – £8.50 – shipped within 1 – 2 days working days on a First Class Overnight Tracked and Signed For. 

Overseas Shipping Times

Overseas Shipping – shipped within 1 – 2 working days. All parcels are sent via Royal Mail and the destination countries national postal service unless alternative arrangements have been made. Some items may not be suitable to send overseas, for example they may be ‘banned’ in the destination country, the item is too heavy or bulky for Royal Mail International. The maximum weight per parcel for overseas is 2kgs, Orders weighing more than this will have to be sent in more than one parcel and extra postage charged,  we will contact you to offer an alternative or cancel the order. All items are sent on a Tracked Service. All charges are available at checkout before final payment. Expedited shipping is also offered. Delivery times for guidance only:

Rest of World: 2 – 3 weeks

Handmade items, bespoke, ‘specials’ and other select items may take a little longer as these items are made to order. Allow extra time for delivery at busy times of the year.

All p+p charges are available on the checkout page before final purchase. 

Christmas – our offices will be closed from the 23th December until 4th January. We will do our best to fulfil orders and answer emails, there may be delays. Expedited orders may not be filled on time. If so, the extra shipping will be refunded and the order posted ASAP on an overnight service.
