Shipping
Dogs & Co send the majority of our parcels on a recorded delivery service. These parcels will need to be signed for. If you are not going to be in, consider having the parcel delivered to a work address or friend’s house. The UK mainland is understood to include islands and Northern Ireland, using the British postcode system.
If you would prefer not to have your items delivered on a recorded service, please contact us directly after ordering. However we cannot guarantee delivery on parcels that are not sent on a this service.

Dogs & Co are delighted to be able to offer EXPEDITED SHIPPING. If you would like your goods even faster, then this is the service for you!
If we receive your order before 1.30 pm we will endeavour to get your parcel to you the next working day (UK Mainland). Please allow longer at busy times of year (such as December). Whilst we may get your order on it’s way on the very next post after receiving it – after that it is out of our hands and in the control of Royal Mail.
Expedited Shipping may not be available on all our handmade items, including our Signature Leather & some other collars, which take time to make. We will inform you if we are unable to fulfil the shipment in the required time and arrange an alternative.
We cannot offer this service when we are away at shows –

Handmade items, bespoke, ‘specials’ and other select items may take a little longer as these items may be made especially for you. Please allow extra time for delivery, especially around busy times of the year.

Christmas – our offices will be closed from the 20th December until 6th January. Whilst we will do our best to fulfil orders and answer emails, there may be delays. Expedited orders may not be filled on time, in which case the extra shipping will be refunded and the order posted ASAP on an overnight service.
