How to place an order and make a payment
Order direct on-
To place an order simply click on the item of choice, where you will be taken to the description page, choose any option from the drop down menu as applicable. Add the number of items required and click ‘Add to Cart’.
To continue shopping click one the links in the main menu to be taken to your next item.
When you are ready to checkout either click on ‘View Cart’ button or click on the ‘handbag icon’ in the main menu.
A payment summary will appear on a new page.
You can change your mind, number of items or cancel at any time before final payment.
When you are ready to checkout, click on ‘Checkout’ button. Fill out your delivery details. If you have a coupon or discount code, enter it now. Check that your order is correct and select a payment option.
Please read our Terms and Conditions as ticking the click box and placing an order is deemed as acceptance.
For PayPal just follow the PayPal links. If you do not have an account, or do not wish to use PayPal (credit / debit card users), still click on the Paypal button or click on one of the card logos. Once through to Paypal you will be given the option use your Credit / debit cards.
If you would rather not order online, you can either telephone us or write to us. Please be sure to include your address and telephone number.

All items are sent via Royal Mail and are subject to their terms & conditions of delivery. If your order does not arrive or has been delayed it maybe due to a failure by Royal Mail –Please get in touch with us as soon as possible and we will investigate.

Last orders for Christmas delivery (UK Mainland) is 18th December (subject to Royal Mail / Courier schedules)
Our offices will be closed from the 22th December until 6th January. Whilst we will do our best to fulfil orders and answer emails, there may be delays. Expedited orders may not be filled on time, in which case the extra shipping will be refunded and the order posted ASAP on an overnight service
Our office is always manned during show time, but we slim down our service. So if we don’t answer your email or telephone message immediately, please allow time for our office team to get back to you. Orders will be picked and processed where the stock is still available and not at the show. So some orders may be delayed, please bear this in mind when ordering or chasing an order. We cannot ship handmade or bespoke items when the shows are on. Please allow a few days for any delays either side of the show dates shown on our events page.
