Your privacy and full confidence in Dogs & Co are of the utmost importance to us. We will never disclose any of your personal information to a third party – unless it is required to fulfil the order (name, address and products purchased etc). 

By using a third party to manage our payments system we never see any of your credit / debit card or online private details, whether you have a PayPal account or use the card option. We do not keep or retain any payment details. All information provided is covered by the data information act and GDPR iaw The European Union Directive

What is GDPR?

The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (EU) 2016/679 is a regulation in EU law on data protection and privacy for all individuals within the European Union. It addresses the export of personal data outside the EU.

Dogs & Co is fully GDPR compliant. No information provided by the customer is passed on to any third parties unless it directly involves the order and payment of goods. By choosing PayPal personal information including name, address, email and payment details are fully secure and covered by PayPal’s SSL Certificates. Any paperwork associated with a purchase or contact is stored securely or destroyed IAW (GDPR) (EU) 2016/679.

Our site is fully secure throughout –  look for “HTTPS”  in the address bar to confirm the security of our site. We do not collect any electronic information or analytic data from customers just viewing our website. Though third parties employed throughout the site and the visitors chosen browser may independently collect data. We do not receive or pass on any such data.

At Dogs & Co we use cookies to keep track of where you have visited on the website (analytics) and when you use any of the interactive objects such as ‘Add to Cart’, ‘Wishlist’ and when placing an order.
