How to place an order and make payment:

Order direct on-line safely with PayPal or card

To place an order online simply click on the item of choice, choose any option from the drop down menus as applicable.

A payment summary (mini cart) will be at the top of the page – click the icon to go to checkout. 

Go to your next item of choice and continue to shop. You can change your mind, number of items or cancel at any time before payment  Remember to add your coupon, if you have one, before payment. Post and packing will be added at checkout as applicable – for our shipping prices click here

If you have a PayPal account, and wish to use it, select and click the ‘Pay with Paypal’ option and continue to Paypal to complete the order. If you would like to pay with a credit / debit card please select the ‘Stripe’ payment option. All items will be sent to the address provided by the purchaser or Paypal unless other instructions are received by us before shipping, please double check the delivery address as we cannot resend the item or have it rerouted after dispatch.

Our offices are manned from 9:30 – 16:00 Mon – Fri (not including bank holidays). If we do not answer your call or you wish to contact us outside of these hours, please leave a telephone message or email us and we will get back to you soonest.

If we do not respond to your telephone call, email or online order immediately please check our ‘Events‘ page to see if we are at a show. We will contact you as soon as we return.

We will endeavour to process your order within 3-5 days. Some of our products are ‘handmade to order’ or bespoke, so may take a little longer to send. Please allow up to 14 days for delivery of these items. If we are away at a show your order may take a little longer to process. If your order has not arrived or you wish to check its progress please ‘Contact Us‘.

 

All items are sent with either proof of postage or a tracking number.

For our customers peace of mind, we have chosen to use PayPal and Stripe as our payment methods. By using PayPal and Stripe, we never receive or see your credit/ debit card details – they are kept securely (SSL) by PayPal and Stripe. Our checkout and payment methods fully comply with GDPR.
