We at Dogs & Co want you to be able to purchase from us with full confidence. If you have any questions or queries, contact us direct using the form on the Contact Us page.

If you need to return an item bought on this site for any reason, we will happily refund you or exchange the item for something else.

If you have purchased the wrong size, colour or design, return the item to us in a new and unused state. Please contact us first via email or telephone incase there is more to pay - i.e. for a larger size and return p+p.

If you have visited our stand at a show and wish to return a product, we will happily exchange it for another item on our site, as long the product is in a new and unused state. The new item will be offered at the web site price, which may be different from the price on the stand.

Always contact us first before returning an item for any reason - we may need to ask for specific details.

All returns must be in a unused and re-saleable state, including attached labels and original packaging

All refunds are less p+p.

All returns must be notified within 14 days of purchase/delivery.

Faulty or damaged goods must be notified within 7 days of purchase/delivery. A full refund or exchange will be given. The faulty or damaged item will need to be returned to us, the final assessment will be made by Dogs & Co.

We are unable to offer a refund or exchange on ‘specials’ and ‘sale’ items.

None of these policies effect your online purchasing rights IAW trading standards.
